Today I came across a bunch of "data availability / ordering / finality," to put it simply, don't be intimidated by the terminology, just focus on one main thread: can what you see be verified by everyone, and ultimately won't be overturned. Data availability is like a takeout receipt: you need to be able to get it to know if the store actually did the work; ordering is a bit like queuing for a number, the most annoying thing is cutting in line; finality is like stamping it as valid, don’t come back a few days later saying "that didn’t count." By the way, I want to complain that recently on-chain data tools / tagging systems are said to be lagging and can even be misleading… I now see tags as "reference signposts," not navigation. Anyway, I tend to get itchy to add to my position when I get excited, and then… you know, better to hold your position first and talk later.
