Mars Finance News May 20 – Global analog chip giant Analog Devices announced that it will acquire AI power management startup Empower Semiconductor in a full cash transaction valued at $1.5 billion (approximately 10.2 billion RMB). The deal is expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.
