Cryptocurrency startup Zama announces the acquisition of enterprise-level token lifecycle management platform TokenOps, integrating Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE) into institutional token vesting, airdrops, and equity table management. TokenOps claims to have handled over $2 billion in distributions; after the acquisition, token issuers can perform encrypted on-chain distribution, release curve management, and recipient identity management through the ERC-7984 confidential token standard. Previously, Zama raised $57 million in Series B funding in June 2025, led by Pantera Capital and Blockchange, with a valuation of $1 billion. (The Block)
