Deep Tide TechFlow News, May 20, according to The Block, privacy computing company Zama has acquired the enterprise-level token lifecycle management platform TokenOps, planning to introduce complete homomorphic encryption (FHE) into institutional token vesting, airdrops, and equity structure management.

Zama said TokenOps has processed more than $2 billion in distribution operations. After the acquisition is completed, issuers will be able to perform encrypted on-chain execution of token allocations, vesting and release curves, and recipient identity throughout the entire lifecycle based on the ERC-7984 confidential token standard. This solution has been deployed in KAIO’s production environment, and its partner institutions include BlackRock, Hamilton Lane, and Brevan Howard. After the acquisition, TokenOps will continue operating under its independent brand.
