Damn, South Korean investors are still way more aggressive than us when they start speculating—

South Korea's total population is about 51 million, yet the number of active stock accounts exceeds 100 million, and leveraged investments have soared to around 35 trillion Korean won.
This means almost every adult in South Korea has already entered the stock market, with an average investment of about 1 million RMB per person.
The most popular trend right now is parents opening accounts for their babies to buy stocks because it can exempt up to 50% of Korean inheritance tax!
Damn, South Korean retail investors are really fierce, almost never missing any speculation in recent years:
1) The US subprime mortgage crisis, China’s unique pre-sale system, South Korea’s full rental housing—there were massive defaults at the time, with confirmed losses for Korean renters around 7 trillion Korean won.
2) The crypto kimchi premium was driven by Koreans, with about 260k LUNA addresses worldwide, over 70% of which were Korean.
3) This time, with leverage in the stock market, everyone borrowing money to trade stocks—can it really break the curse of history?
Compared to that, we who play it safe with big A-shares are still too conservative!
