The market has objective bullish and bearish trends; recognizing these trends is to better determine buy and sell points at each stage, so you can dance with the trend. Therefore: there are no bull or bear markets, only buy and sell points.
Each stage of the market has its own characteristics; studying these features and acting accordingly is a very interesting thing, but it also inadvertently reveals some traders' reasons for suffering through the ups and downs.
Unsurprisingly, the main reason is one: they either cannot see clearly or are unwilling to accept the fact that prices are in a bearish trend, still immersed in the mindset of past bull markets, thinking prices will surge significantly.
Disliking losses or being insatiably greedy are human weaknesses:
Disliking losses makes you unwilling to cut losses even when you know the direction is wrong, lacking the courage to open new positions, turning small losses into deep traps;
Insatiable greed causes traders to hesitate to take profits in a market with already limited gains, resulting in small profits turning into floating losses.
The same applies to both bulls and bears! Technical analysis is never about analyzing the direction of price movement, but about identifying tradable buy and sell points during the price fluctuations.
If you try to analyze the direction, then you may have already started down the wrong path! #BTC
