Abstract generation in progress
Samsung Electronics and Google, a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc., have announced the design of smart glasses developed in collaboration with eyewear partners Warby Parker and Gentle Monster, with plans to launch in the fall. This product will enter a field currently dominated by Meta Platforms Inc. and is the first in a series of AI-powered smart glasses products, allowing consumers to interact with Google's AI agent Gemini via voice commands—similar to how Meta AI operates on Ray-Ban smart glasses. Models with built-in displays are under development and are expected to be released in 2027. (Cailian Press)
