Last night I was woken up twice by phone notifications, the red dot on the exchange flashing and I reflexively checked my positions… Honestly, unrealized losses are really noisier than unrealized gains, even though it’s just on paper and hasn’t hit my pocket, my brain automatically treats it as “already lost.” Conversely, with unrealized gains, I take a quick look and feel happy, but then I start worrying about a pullback and can’t sleep peacefully.

Recently, I’ve been testing the incentive programs and points on the testnet, and everyone in the group is guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens or not. I get itchy to do some tasks, but as soon as I think “what if it’s all in vain,” I start to feel anxious again. My positions are like ice cream—sunshine makes me want to run… but every time I sell, I regret not holding on. Human nature, man, it’s really annoying.
