Scientists used light to create psychedelics that don't make you trip.

We know psilocybin works for depression.
But some people want the benefits without the experience
So UC Davis took tryptamine, a compound your body already makes, combined it with amino acids, then hit it with UV light.
100 new compounds created.
5 made the cut.
The strongest, D5, activates the same brain receptor as psilocybin at full strength.
They tested it on mice. No hallucinations.
Turns out the same receptor has different pathways.
Some cause the trip.
Others drive brain cell growth.
D5 only hits the growth side.
Depression is real, but most people don't talk about it.
Would you use it?
