Before, whenever I saw liquidity drying up and the order book being as thin as paper, I’d get itchy to pick up some bargains; now my first reaction is to reduce my position, place orders further away, and focus on surviving first. To put it simply, at times like these, it’s not “cheap,” it’s “nobody’s willing to buy,” and one misstep can lead to a slide. Airdrop season is also quite interesting; task platforms with anti-witchcraft measures and point systems make the grab-and-go traders compete like clocking in for work, but when the market starts to drain liquidity, those points can’t save the retracement. Anyway, I’d rather miss a few rebounds now than be hypnotized by the K-line again; I prefer to come in gradually in batches, keep some bullets and sleep.
