I've been looking for better trading apps to start with little capital, and honestly, there are more options than I thought. Turns out you no longer need to be a millionaire to get into this, so I decided to try several and share what I found.
MyTrade surprised me quite a bit. The interface is clean, without much noise, and you can trade stocks, forex, Bitcoin from a single account. The best part is you start with $20 and they have integrated TradingView charts. Perfect if you're just getting started, really.
AvaTrade is more for those who already know what they're doing. It offers professional options with higher leverage, MetaTrader 4 and 5, and about 1200 different assets. The minimum deposit is $100, so it requires more initial investment.
Plus500 is quite comprehensive if you like variety. It has over 2800 CFDs, is listed in London, and has just entered futures and prediction markets. But you also need a minimum of $100.
XM is another level if you're proficient with MetaTrader. Leverage up to 1000x (obviously with high risk), over 1400 instruments, and you can start with just $5. It's for traders who know what they're doing.
eToro is different because it has copy trading, that thing of automatically copying what experienced investors do. Good for learning by watching others, although the minimum deposit is $50.
If you ask me which one to choose, it depends on where you are. If you're a beginner and want something simple, MyTrade wins. If you already have experience and want more options, the others are better. The important thing is that there are better trading apps available now for any level of capital. That thing about needing a lot of money to start is outdated, really.
