Are you friends interested in trading stocks? I just read an article about stocks to watch in 2025. It’s divided into short-term speculative and long-term investment groups. Let’s see what’s interesting.

For the Thai market, I see that SPRC, BTG, IVL, and CPF remain worth watching. SPRC benefits from improved oil refining margins. The current price is 5.10 baht, with a target of 7.97 baht. BTG and CPF, in the agriculture and food group, also have a good outlook, especially if livestock prices stay high. As for IVL, a global PET producer, investing in plastic recycling aligns well with ESG trends.

For short-term investment stocks, I think the technology sector stands out. QCOM, AMAT, and FTNT are all in a strong growth trend. QCOM is supported by the booming AI and automotive markets. The current price is $172, with a target of $186.33. AMAT, a semiconductor equipment manufacturer, is in high demand from AI and high-performance computing markets. Price is $169, with a target of $200. FTNT, in cybersecurity, is growing at 12% YoY. Price is $111, with a target of $119.11.

For short-term investment, Tesla remains a watchlist stock because of the high growth of Model Y sales. The current price is $355, with a potential target of $500.

Regarding selecting good stocks, I believe you need to consider fundamental analysis combined with technical analysis. You shouldn’t invest randomly; you need a clear investment plan, whether for short-term or long-term.

Risk management is very important. Diversify your investments and avoid putting all your money into one stock. Regularly monitor your investment performance is also crucial.

I think for beginners, it’s best to study and understand the information first, then start with small investments to gain experience. Don’t invest large amounts until you’re confident in your decisions. These short-term stocks require close news monitoring because market conditions can change rapidly.
