If your number of opened packs is already close to 100, it is recommended to make an effort in these last 10 days to push for it, even the lowest-priced 48U wireless card pack counts.
As for your current number of opened packs, you can check it in the “Profile” page under “Gacha”.
Note that there are two types listed, “Limited Gacha” and “Infinite Gacha”, and the total of these two is the total number of packs you have opened so far.
