Lately, checking on-chain data has made me so angry... You think you're seeing "real-time on-chain," but it's probably just that the node/RPC you're connected to is slow, and the indexer is still queuing. Especially during congestion or when certain services glitch, the same transaction might show as completed on A but still appear as if nothing happened on B, making it look like a whale teleported.

To put it simply, the on-chain data isn't late; it's the path you take to get the data that’s delayed. When tracking whale movements, I now check multiple RPC providers, then look at the raw event logs. Otherwise, I finish a chart and realize the "timeline" is fake, and my OCD just goes crazy.

By the way, I recently thought about that social mining and fan token system—"attention is mining" sounds exciting, but if the underlying data is delayed or out of sync, are you really mining attention or just information gaps? Anyway, I default to questioning everything, confirming slowly, to avoid being fooled by my own eyes.
