I find myself always unable to hold onto spot positions, wanting to sell as soon as it rises a little; futures are even more outrageous, easily whipped into a panic when I get emotional. Later, I tell myself a simple truth: don’t treat your position as faith, treat it as your appetite—if you can’t eat it all, don’t force it in. For spot, just divide into small portions and add gradually; even if you lose, your mindset won’t explode. As for futures, honestly, I hardly touch them now; if I do, I only take the “loss doesn’t hurt” amount as paying tuition fees for the limit.

Recently, AI Agents and automated trading are heating up again, and the noise is really loud. On one hand, they boast about fully automated passive income, and on the other, they don’t mention safety details at all. My noise reduction strategy is simple: only pay attention to interaction paths I can explain clearly, whether futures permissions/authorizations can be revoked at any time. If I can’t understand it, I just pretend I didn’t see it… staying steady, slowly nibbling on snacks.
