A jury in the Federal Court of Oakland, California, reached a unanimous verdict, dismissing Musk's lawsuit against OpenAI, Sam Altman, and Greg Brockman.
After less than two hours of deliberation, the jury found that Musk's claims that OpenAI violated charitable trusts and engaged in unjust enrichment were barred by the three-year statute of limitations.
