Let's talk about JustLend DAO's GasFree: a design that solves real pain points

I just saw that JustLend DAO launched the GasFree feature, and it's their sixth anniversary. I'll share my research.
Actually, the USDT transfer volume on the Tron chain has always been very high, with daily transfers exceeding $21 billion, accounting for the majority of global USDT transfers. But there's a very annoying pain point: if you want to transfer USDT, your wallet must have TRX as gas fee. Many people only have USDT.
What GasFree does is actually quite straightforward
— Let USDT pay the transaction fee itself, no need to prepare TRX in advance
I looked into its mechanism; it doesn't modify the USDT contract but implements an off-chain signature mechanism. Users sign a message, and the service provider helps you broadcast the transaction on-chain, front the gas fee, and deduct a small fee from the transfer amount.
It's really becoming more like directly sending a payment.
Similar to Ethereum's account abstraction or Permit2 model, but applied on Tron, addressing a real pain point. I think its greater significance lies in lowering the barrier
— Allowing people who only have USDT to transfer seamlessly without feeling it.
