Mars Finance News, May 18 — Vice Minister of Commerce Sheng Qiuping stated today at the State Council Information Office press conference that moving forward, the Ministry of Commerce will implement consumer policies with greater efforts and more practical measures, precisely and effectively. It will also focus on introducing a series of new initiatives around three aspects: product consumption, service consumption, and offline consumption. In conjunction with energy transition, the Ministry of Commerce will introduce measures targeting the transformation of 110,000 gas stations to promote high-quality development of gas stations. In relation to urban renewal, the Ministry will focus on the consumption of whole-house smart home products, encouraging the promotion of package-based and customized services. Recently, the country released a series of national standards titled “Artificial Intelligence Terminal Intelligence Grading,” and the Ministry of Commerce is actively planning to introduce a policy system of “Artificial Intelligence + Consumption.” It will expand the import of high-quality consumer goods and strengthen the promotion of international boutique, fashion brands, domestic trendy products, and foreign trade high-quality products.
