Why this Setup:
I’m leaning short after an aggressive, high-volume sell-off that completely shattered previous support levels, sending the price down to a local low of 76,587.8. The subsequent attempts to bounce have been very weak, forming a low-volume consolidation flag right at the bottom of the range. With sellers heavily in control and previous support flipping into strong overhead resistance, I expect a rejection from this tight consolidation to trigger a continuation breakdown below the 76,587.8 level.
