Techub News reports that, according to CryptoBriefing, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the "Digital Asset Market Clarity Act" (CLARITY Act) with 294 votes in favor and 134 votes against. The bill aims to clarify the securities and commodities status of digital assets and has now been submitted to the Senate for review. Senator Cynthia Lummis stated she will push for the bill to pass the Senate and be signed into law by President Trump. Trump has promised to sign it immediately. However, later amendments in the Senate could reshape the regulatory framework, with legislators aiming to complete the legislation by May, but delays in negotiations could push the timeline back.
