Mars Finance News, May 18 – According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, today (May 18), the country issued the “Stabilize Jobs, Expand Capacity, and Improve Quality Action Plan,” with 18 specific measures to promote employment and entrepreneurship among key groups such as college graduates and migrant workers.
In exploring employment potential across various channels and fields, the “Plan” clarifies that it will focus on the consumption sector, build a Chinese consumer brand array, and carry out service industry employment promotion actions.
Focusing on project construction, efforts will be increased to advance transportation, water conservancy, and other engineering projects, and the implementation of work-for-relief will be intensified.
Focusing on the development of new productive forces, the “Artificial Intelligence+” initiative will be implemented to accelerate the development of strategic emerging industry clusters and unlock employment potential.
Focusing on people’s livelihood services, support will be increased for household services, elderly care, childcare, and other living service industries, strengthening human resource services in health, wellness, and childcare fields.
Focusing on regional coordinated development, characteristic county industries will be cultivated, labor service brands will be strengthened, and employment opportunities in the marine economy will be expanded.
Focusing on entrepreneurship-driven employment, models such as “scientific and technological achievements,” “industry development + entrepreneurship,” “vocational skills + entrepreneurship,” and “livelihood needs + entrepreneurship” will be promoted.
In improving employment quality, the “Skills Illuminate the Future” training initiative will be implemented to vigorously cultivate new occupations and new positions.
Regarding employment service supply, efforts will be made to efficiently handle “one-stop” services for individual entrepreneurship, unemployment registration assistance, employee recruitment, and flexible employment insurance participation, as well as continuously organize “10+N” public employment recruitment campaigns.
