Is the "May Curse" in the crypto world coming again? After every bull market peak, it always falls into this cyclical selling pressure.

Bitcoin seems unable to escape this four-year seasonal "trap." Every first May after a halving, the market always stages a dramatic plunge, catching many off guard.
Looking back at May 2018, Bitcoin was still hovering around $17k, but soon after, it slid all the way down to around $7,000, a drop of over half.
In May 2022, the price once broke above the $40k mark, but again failed to hold, plunging to around $20k in a short period, with a sharp correction happening once more.
Now, in May 2026, Bitcoin has just dropped from above $120k. Will this historical script be played out for the third time? ❓
What do you think? Will this May sell-off be another bloodbath, or just a normal shakeout within a bull market?
