I'm thinking about setting up a stall at the subway station, what should I do...

Some time ago, everyone was discussing building gyms in Shenzhen's subway stations, and today while riding the subway, I noticed Hefei is also heavily promoting small vendor economy, not the kind of storefronts like in Hangzhou or Shanghai, but low-cost stalls. Snacks, roasted nuts, pastries, flowers, fruits, everything.
I chatted with the stall owner, the rent isn't high, and I don't have to be exposed to the wind and sun outside. I was almost convinced by what he said; if one day I get heartbroken by the crypto world, I also want to set up a stall.
My childhood dream was to sell ice pops in summer and roasted sweet potatoes in winter! 😍
