Trader "Loracle" bought the top and shorted AI newcomer CBRS, with a profit of nearly $2 million, and has begun partial profit-taking.
BlockBeats News, May 18th, according to Coinbob’s hot address monitoring, the well-known trader “Loracle” on Hyperliquid made nearly $2 million in profit again from shorting CBRS (Cerebras) at the top of this round. Currently, this position has been continuously taken profit from yesterday morning, with the position size reduced from $11.3 million to $6.47 million, with an unrealized profit of $1.52 million (40%).
It is reported that Cerebras (CBRS) is a rising AI star once called “NVIDIA’s strongest challenger.” After going public on NASDAQ and soaring last week, this trader entered the market to short.
Previously, this trader reached the top on SNDK at the “buy” target price upgraded by Mizuho Securities, opening an $8 million short position. This short position has also started partial take profit, reducing the position to $5.1 million, with remaining unrealized profit of $850k (+57%).
As of press time, the short positions on the two major US stocks are still being reduced.
