Is voting really "everyone's say"? Honestly, not necessarily.

Recently, I've been looking at some DAO proposals, on the surface they say it's to "encourage community participation," but in reality, it's just giving rewards to the easiest group to mobilize, and conveniently consolidating voting rights into a few addresses... The more formal the process looks, the more serious it seems. There are also those who hide key parameters in the appendix, with the main text full of visions, and only after you approve do you realize who can propose and who can get subsidies has been changed.
The meme and celebrity shout-out attention rotation is actually similar; it's essentially about grabbing your fleeting impulse.
Veteran players say don't take the last step; I think in governance, it means: don't be swayed into voting by emotions on the last day. First, understand how incentives are distributed and how power is locked before clicking the button.
That's all for now.
