I've been searching for weeks for the best trading apps to start with little money, and honestly, it's easier than I thought. It turns out you no longer need to be a millionaire to get into this.
I tried several, and each one has its own vibe. MyTrade surprised me because you can start with just $20 USD, and the interface is clean, no unnecessary noise. It has integrated TradingView charts, and you can trade stocks, crypto, gold—all from a single app. For someone just starting out, it's quite accessible.
Then there's AvaTrade, which is more for those who already know what they're doing. Founded in 2006, it offers more advanced tools and leverage options. If you want MetaTrader 4 or 5, here they are. The minimum deposit is $100 USD.
Plus500 has a huge variety of assets, over 2800 CFDs. It’s listed on the London Stock Exchange, and it’s clear they’re serious. But it also requires a minimum of $100 USD and is geared more toward experienced traders.
XM is interesting if you're looking for high leverage, up to 1000x. You can start with just $5 USD, and it offers multiple account types. But you need to know what you're doing with such risks.
And eToro stands out for copy trading, the automatic copying of other traders. Minimum deposit of $50 USD, and it’s full of beginners learning that way.
The reality is, you have options for every profile. If you're new, MyTrade or eToro are safer choices. If you already have experience, AvaTrade or XM give you more tools. Plus500 if you want an extreme variety of assets.
Before investing real money, all of them have demo accounts to practice risk-free. The key is not to believe you’ll get rich quickly. Trading has risks, period. But at least now it’s accessible to get started.
