Publicis Groupe announces $2.2 billion all-cash acquisition of LiveRamp

On May 17th local time, advertising and communications giant Publicis Groupe announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the global data collaboration platform LiveRamp. According to the terms of the agreement, the transaction will be conducted entirely in cash, with an acquisition price of $38.50 per share, corresponding to a total enterprise value of approximately $2.17B.
