You don't have over ten thousand in funds, constantly fighting contracts, rushing into shanzhai projects, full of dreams of getting rich quickly, which is just a waste of effort.
It's not that you're not working hard enough, but this little capital can't withstand frequent tinkering, chasing news, following hype calls, stubbornly holding without taking profits or cutting losses, and in the end, you'll only lose less and less, forever stuck in the internal struggle of "just a bit more to break even."
The only way out for small funds: survive first, stabilize the principal, and gradually grow the position, not by gambling, but by following rules to steadily earn profits.
Four major practical iron laws:
1. Choose coins based on trend recognition
Only focus on the daily MACD golden cross, prioritize forming the golden cross above the zero line, which indicates the trend has officially started. All positive stories and hype in the community are just noise; only trust the market signals.
2. Hold firmly on moving averages
Use the daily moving average as the dividing line: hold confidently when above, exit decisively when below. Do not let emotions or fantasies influence decisions; strictly follow trading discipline.
3. Principles for entering and exiting trades
Enter only after the price stabilizes above the moving averages and breaks out with increased volume; false breakouts with no volume are just traps.
Set profit targets and do not change them: take profit at 40% increase, reduce position again at 80% increase, and close all if the price falls below the moving average—never chase the highest point.
4. Never be soft on stop-losses
If the closing price drops below the moving average on a single day, exit immediately the next day.
Better to miss the market than hold on deep in a losing position; wait for the trend to turn around before re-entering.
Sincerely advise:
Let go of the obsession with overnight riches, recognize your own strength.
Honestly follow the trend to make money, relying on execution rather than luck.
Protect your principal and steadily compound, which is much more sustainable and reliable than blindly going all-in.
