Recently, I was looking for apps to start trading without having to put in a huge amount of capital, and honestly, the market has changed quite a bit. You no longer need thousands of dollars to get into the game. I found several interesting options worth knowing about.

MyTrade was the one that caught my attention the most because you can literally start with $20. The interface is super clean, no unnecessary buttons. What I liked is that it integrates TradingView charts directly, and you can trade stocks, forex, gold, Bitcoin—all from a single account. They have a demo account with $50,000 virtual dollars to practice risk-free.

If you already have experience, AvaTrade offers more advanced tools. It supports MetaTrader 4 and 5, and has vanilla options and futures. The minimum deposit is $100, but you get access to more leverage if you activate a professional account. Plus500 is also powerful, listed on the stock exchange, and has over 2,800 different assets, including new futures.

For those seeking extreme leverage, XM allows up to 1000x, although that obviously involves high risk. They have micro accounts if you want to start small. And if you prefer copying strategies from others, eToro has its copy trading system that works quite well for beginners.

The truth is, the best trading apps depend on what you're looking for. If you're just starting out, Mitrade or eToro are more user-friendly. If you know what you're doing, AvaTrade or XM give you more freedom. All of them have zero commissions or tight spreads, so the difference lies in the features and the type of trading you want to do. The important thing is to practice first with the demo accounts that all of them offer before putting in real money.
