I just found out that the Thai stock market opening times are not always exact. There is a random 5-minute window to prevent price manipulation. In the morning, it opens from 9:55 to 10:00 AM. In the afternoon, it opens between 2:25 and 2:30 PM.

Actual trading starts from 10:00 to 12:30 PM in the morning session, then the market pauses for 1.5 hours. The afternoon trading continues from 2:30 to 4:30 PM. The market closing period is the pre-close from 4:30 to 4:35 PM, followed by a random closing time between 4:35 and 4:40 PM, similar to the opening.

This is important because the opening period often has high volatility. Stock prices react to morning news, and speculators need to know the exact time or they might miss opportunities.
