I only realized after I started recording that many times I wasn't cut by the project, but by "attention": whenever a hot topic switches, I get itchy hands, seeing the group flood messages, KOLs shouting about margin calls on the unlock calendar, my mind also gets tense, and I always end up chasing the last leg. Now I write down the reasons and sources for each impulsive move (is it data? is it emotion? is it a comment from someone else?), and when I look back after a few days, it's especially embarrassing... but it's also quite effective, at least it helps distinguish "real risks" from "anxiety created by myself." Anyway, I’d rather miss out on a segment than be led around by false prosperity again.
