Jingyi's plan for next week (May 18th - May 22nd)

On the daily chart, the price broke below 794, with KDJ in the low and weak zone, and MACD green bars continuing the bearish momentum. Overall, it is in a phase of pullback after an upward move, with clear resistance above, and the short-term bulls are relatively weak.

At the same time, on the 4-hour chart, the short-term rebound faces resistance; KDJ is turning upward with a slight golden cross at the low, and MACD green bars are shortening, indicating a weak recovery rebound after oversold conditions, not a reversal. There are large sell orders from major players above, and open interest is relatively high. The main focus in the short term is on shakeout and digestion of pressure through oscillation.

Strong support: 776–770 (the recent low during this correction; breaking below opens the door to a deep retest of 75,000)
First resistance: 794–799, only stabilizing here can the bulls regain momentum
Strong resistance: 810–823, the previous high; not breaking through this temporarily pauses the larger bullish trend

Short-term (1–3 days, oscillation and correction phase)
BTC currently shows a weak rebound after a decline. The 4-hour KDJ golden cross is suitable for short-term light positions to gamble on the rebound. Resistance around 79,400; encountering stagnation, MACD turning again, prioritize high short positions; as long as the low point of 77,600 is not broken, the rebound is not a reversal, avoid blindly chasing longs.

If the support at 77,000 holds this week → range-bound oscillation between 77,000–81,000, mainly buy low and sell high; if it effectively breaks below 77,000 with increased volume → confirm the correction, next target 75,000–74,800 as medium-term support, the bullish trend may end temporarily; if it stabilizes above 80,000 with increased volume → moving averages converge upward, resuming the bullish assault on the previous high.

Currently, avoid heavy long positions in a one-sided manner, and avoid heavy shorts; respond with oscillation strategy. Rebound not exceeding 79,900, prioritize high short positions; if the support at 77,600 is not broken, take small long positions; if it breaks below 77,000, go with the trend for a correction; only switch to bullish once above 80,000.
There are large sell orders from major players above, creating selling pressure, so the rebound space is limited. Be cautious of false signals of more upside followed by a fall.
