On the subway, the most feared moment is when it looks like the market can't move anymore, but in reality, the order book is very empty. Liquidity dries up, and the price is like stepping on an empty staircase; even stop-losses can slip easily. Honestly, it's better to survive first before talking about bottom fishing. Recently, a bunch of memes and celebrities have been calling out to grab attention, and newcomers are excited beyond measure. I tend to get more nervous: this kind of excitement is often the prelude to the last leg. My simple methods are still the same three: reduce position size, only trade trends I understand, and set exit points when entering; if there's no signal, stay out, and missing out is also a win. Anyway, I don't want to prove myself anymore by "holding on."
