These days, looking at on-chain liquidation records makes my back feel a bit cold...

Many people think their positions are quite safe, but when the oracle price feed is delayed, and the price "jumps" past that point, the health factor drops straight through, and liquidation bots don’t play fair.
To put it simply, it’s not that you calculated incorrectly, but that you thought there would be time to add margin.
However, slow price feeds + network congestion on the chain mean there’s no time left.

My current approach is pretty simple: keep leverage as low as possible, leave some buffer, especially during volatile periods;
also, I check whether the oracle source I’m using is prone to congestion.
Recently, hardware wallets are out of stock again, phishing links are everywhere, and it feels like everyone’s attention is fully occupied with “don’t click the wrong link,”
making it easier to overlook the risks of these mechanisms… I’ll keep watching.
