In the next three years, there are a few things I think are worth seriously discussing.

1. Housing, avoid taking out loans if possible.
Housing prices won't plummet, but will slowly decline like a dull knife cutting meat.
In the future, enjoying equal rights for renting and buying will be the main direction;
properties held by speculators are hard to sell and hard to hold onto.
2. Work, avoid quitting if possible.
In this situation, dignity, face, and overtime are minor issues;
a stable job is the most important.
3. Entrepreneurship, pursue lightweight assets.
Heavy asset startups are extremely risky in this environment;
it's better to save your money and try low-cost experiments—this is the way to survive.
4. Borrowing money, avoid borrowing if possible.
You care about interest, the other party cares about the principal.
Talking about integrity with a defaulter is pointless.
5. Online lending, don't even touch it.
The days of collection are not something ordinary people can endure.
6. Stocks and funds, ordinary people are unlikely to outperform capital.
When your understanding is insufficient, greed will make you act quickly,
and you'll be caught soon after.
7. Circles, stay away from those who only drain your energy.
Associate with people who have real results, spend less time with boastful ones.
In one sentence—over the next few years, preserve cash, protect your principal, and move forward lightly.
