This task platform's scoring system is becoming more and more like clocking in at work: check-in, interaction, leaving traces, and finally, it all depends on whether the "performance" is good or not. They say it's to prevent witch hunts, but actually it's more about forcing you to follow the process; whoever acts more like a robot gets a higher score... It's quite surreal.

What's more awkward is that those on-chain data tools and tagging systems are criticized for being outdated and can still be misled. I can understand: in engineering, it's easy to mistake "behavior" for "identity" when creating profiles. Once metrics are treated as assessments, everyone starts optimizing for those metrics. Anyway, I now only pick projects I genuinely want to try, and I won't turn earning into KPIs—if it gets tiring, I just stop.
