Deep Tide TechFlow news: On May 17, according to The Block, on May 15 (Friday), VanEck filed with the U.S. SEC its 5th amendment (S-1) to the BNB ETF registration statement, and Grayscale simultaneously filed its 2nd amendment to the Grayscale BNB ETF prospectus.

Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart said the coordinated actions by both parties indicate that the two issuers are actively addressing SEC feedback, and that their products are expected to be launched in the near term. He further speculated that BNB could be the next cryptocurrency spot ETF to pass SEC review and potentially be listed in the U.S.

Meanwhile, Canary Capital separately submitted the 1st amendment to its staked TRX ETF proposal, officially incorporating Tron’s staking yield into the regulated framework as a secondary investment objective of the trust.
