Since yesterday, the U.S. stock market has pulled back, dragging the crypto market down as well, and some of the previously skyrocketing "demon coins" have started to undergo violent liquidation. Logically, it should be a time of more rest and less trading, but in my view, now is actually a time to pay even more attention.
I want to understand one question: Are demon coins and other coins the same species?
Actually, it's like gorillas and humans both walk on two legs, use tools, look very similar, and are both primates, but fundamentally they are different.
The coins I categorize as "demon coins" must have a control of over 95%, and their driving logic depends on how the market manipulators (MM) want to play this game. How the overall market moves has little to do with it. If it seems connected, it's just them trying to make you think so.
Returning to the first paragraph, why do I think new demon coins are more likely to appear now? Because — attention.
Apart from the strength of the MM, their trading ability, and the opponent's market strength, an important factor for a good demon coin is the ability to seize a large amount of attention during a certain period.
Recently, after Siren, Rave, Lab, and various small demon coins caused chaos, attention was actually highly dispersed, and funds were similarly scattered. Today, if you chase $Skyai and tomorrow switch to another coin, then the day after tomorrow someone else rises again. For the MMs, even if I can push up 50% in a day, it doesn't show much, making it hard to find strong enough opponent markets.
Why not push 200% in a day? Because now, CEXs are much stricter about risk control for excessive surges and crashes. Doing so would make it impossible to withdraw funds. This is also industry self-evolution. Unlike before, when $BAS could be pushed up or down tenfold overnight without consequences, no one dares to play that game now. The casino would shut down immediately.
But now, when the overall market drops, many small demon coins choose to temporarily lay low. When more capable coins start to push again, it becomes very easy to see them clearly.
Open the market list, and the entire country is red, except for some coins moving against the trend. Do they stand out? Is the attention not higher than last week's chaos?
Anyway, I already laid my trap last week, but I couldn't say it in advance. After all, disrupting others' plans also conflicts with my own wallet. Let's see if I can hit the jackpot. 😂😂😂
