I just compared a bunch of trading platforms, and honestly, if you have little capital, there are quite affordable options. What surprised me is that almost all of them let you start with tiny deposits—some from just $5 or $20.
MiTrade seems to be the best investing app if you’re a beginner; the interface is clean and not too noisy. It has integrated TradingView charts, and you can diversify into stocks, forex, and crypto—all from a single app. The minimum deposit of $20 is quite accessible. AvaTrade is more for experienced traders; they offer MT4 and MT5 if that matters to you, and they have professional accounts with higher leverage.
Plus500 caught my attention because it has about 2,800 different CFDs, which is pretty extensive. XM is interesting if you’re looking for high leverage (up to 1,000x, although that’s risky). And eToro has that copy trading system that sounds useful if you want to follow other investors.
What I noticed is that all of them charge spreads but without explicit commissions, except for some that charge commissions for inactivity. Honestly, the best investing app depends on what you’re looking for: if you’re new, MiTrade or eToro. If you know MetaTrader well, XM or AvaTrade. If you want variety of assets, Plus500.
The truth is, before choosing any of them, the most important thing is to practice on a demo account first. They all offer that. And of course, all trading involves risk, so don’t put in money you can’t afford to lose. Has anyone else tried any of these?
