When you say "on-chain data gets stuck," it's usually not your internet connection, but rather the middle layers struggling: the front-end queries the Subgraph/indexer first needs to organize the chaotic on-chain transactions into a table you can understand. If it updates slowly, you'll see outdated data; plus, RPC rate limiting, especially when the market heats up and everyone is refreshing, causes nodes to queue or reject requests. The result is that you think there's "no transaction" or "no change" when monitoring, and a slight tremor in your hand makes you want to add to your position.

To put it simply, when you see lag, don't rush to blame the project, and don't use it as an excuse for impulsive trading. By the way, there's recent talk about increased taxes and tighter compliance, and when deposit and withdrawal expectations tighten, people tend to check data more frequently and confirm repeatedly, making congestion even worse. My approach is very simple: wait for an extra block confirmation for key operations, don't rely on instant dashboards to make decisions, and if you're itching to act, just go to sleep.
