The funding rates have been a bit extreme these past few days, with the group chatting about "counterparty positions about to pop champagne" on one hand, and sharing screenshots of stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and who is about to depeg on the other… Honestly, the emotions are quite easy to get carried away. My habit is to first suppress the urge to leverage: when the rates are exaggerated, I don't rush to be a hero, preferring to avoid the volatility first, and wait until it shifts from "everyone is on the same side" to "beginning to doubt each other" before considering small positions to go against the trend. Anyway, after dealing with obscure protocols for a long time, I understand one thing: surviving is more important than guessing the top or bottom, take it slow.
