I just reviewed the options available right now for investing in Mexico, and honestly, there are quite a few regulated brokers in Mexico. What caught my attention is that you have local options like Actinver and GBM, which are regulated by the CNBV, as well as international platforms like Mitrade that are regulated by ASIC.
The difference in minimum deposits is noticeable, huh? Kuspit allows you to start with just 100 pesos, but if you want something more serious like Actinver, you need at least 10,000. GBM is in the middle with a thousand pesos, so it depends on how much you have available.
The interesting thing is that each one offers different features. If you're looking for education and basic tools, Kuspit is solid. If you need access to more markets and CFDs, Mitrade gives you more options. And if you're someone who prefers something 100% local with good service, Actinver has a good reputation.
I don't know about you, but it seems to me that the most important thing is to verify that the broker is regulated because there are a lot of charlatans out there. Regulated brokers in Mexico like the ones I mentioned have real supervision, so at least your money is protected. Does anyone have experience with any of these?
