Been doing some research on commodity trading platforms lately and honestly there's way more options now than I thought. Everyone talks about Mitrade, but I'm finding that depending on what you're actually trading, different platforms hit different. Like if you want low fees and simplicity, Mitrade and AvaTrade are solid, but if you're into more advanced stuff, IG Group and CMC Markets have better tools even if spreads vary. The thing is, most commodity trading platforms operate on spreads rather than commissions now, which is way better for frequent traders. Gold's been interesting to watch - saw some wild moves recently. Personally I've been testing a few of these commodity platforms to see which interface I vibe with most. Plus500 is dead simple if you just want to trade oil or gold without overthinking it, but Interactive Brokers if you're serious about futures. Curious what platforms others are using for commodities trading? Fees seem pretty competitive across the board these days.
