I've been looking for good trading apps with a limited budget for a while, and honestly, there are more options than I thought. It's not that they didn't exist before, but now they are much more accessible.

I started researching because many believe you need thousands of dollars to start trading, and that's a lie. There are platforms that let you start with $20, others with $50. The interesting part is that each one has its purpose.

MyTrade caught my attention because the interface is super clean. You have everything you need without too much noise. Stocks, forex, crypto—all from a single account. The integrated TradingView chart is good. Minimum of $20 to start. Ideal if you're just getting started.

Then there's AvaTrade, which has been around since 2006. This is more for people who already know what they're doing. They offer MetaTrader 4 and 5, over 1200 assets, and professional account options if you want more leverage. Minimum deposit of $100.

Plus500 is the one with the most variety: over 2800 CFDs. They recently added futures and even prediction markets. But it's not for absolute beginners either. Same minimum cost of $100.

XM is interesting if you're proficient with MetaTrader. They offer very aggressive leverage (up to 1000x, but watch out for that). You can start with as little as $5, the lowest I've seen.

And eToro is different because it has copy trading. Basically, you copy what experienced traders do. It's good for learning by watching others. Minimum of $50.

What I noticed is that all these trading apps offer demo accounts. That’s key: practice risk-free first. All are also regulated, so they’re not just any platforms.

The question is: what do you need? If you're completely new, MyTrade or eToro. If you already have experience, AvaTrade or XM with MetaTrader. If you want a variety of assets, Plus500. But in any case, all these trading apps have at least regulated and accessible options. That’s already a big change compared to a few years ago.
