Recently, I was looking for an app to trade with little capital and compared several. In the end, I tried five that, honestly, have their interesting features depending on the type of trader you are.

If you're a beginner, MiTrade is probably the most accessible. You can start with $20 USD, the interface is clean without too much noise, and it has integrated TradingView charts. What I liked is that you don't have to be an expert to understand how it works. There is a demo account with 50,000 virtual funds to practice risk-free.

Next is AvaTrade, which is more for those who already know what they're doing. It supports MetaTrader 4 and 5, offers retail and professional accounts with different leverage options. The minimum deposit is $100 USD and it has over 1,200 assets. It's a more comprehensive trading app if you're looking for advanced options.

Plus500 is listed in London and has over 2,800 CFDs. Recently, they added futures and prediction markets. It's for experienced traders who want a variety of assets. The minimum deposit is also $100 USD.

XM is interesting because it allows leverage up to 1:1000 (although that's risky). You have different account types, from micro to ultra-low spreads. The minimum deposit is the lowest: $5 USD. But honestly, that level of leverage is for people who really know what they're doing.

And eToro is different because it has copy trading. Basically, you automatically copy what more experienced traders do. For beginners who want to learn without analyzing everything, it works. Minimum deposit of $50 USD.

Honestly, choosing a trading app depends on where you are. Mitrade if you want to start simple, AvaTrade or XM if you want MetaTrader, Plus500 if you need many assets, eToro if you prefer to copy others. But beware, all of this carries risk. Practice first with a demo account, don't invest money you can't afford to lose.
