Nothing can be KPI-driven, Amazon treats AI usage rate as a KPI, and employees start performing directly, looking a lot like you manipulating data in the company:

Hardly send a 30-second email, then change it three times with AI;
Fabricate "customer issues" to feed Copilot and increase prompt counts;
Goodhart's Law AI version: once a metric becomes a target, it ceases to be a good metric.
Jensen Huang recently shared: "With AI, everyone just becomes busier."
--Used to work 8 hours a day, now talking to AI for over ten hours daily, losing money even faster.
Too knowledgeable about cattle and horses.
