Recently, people keep asking me what the fuss is all about regarding data availability, ordering, and finality. Basically, there's one main thread: who records the transaction first, where it is recorded, and whether it can be overturned later. Data availability means whether the ledger details are published for people to verify; ordering is who determines the sequence of the queue; finality is whether, after reconciling the accounts, the record can suddenly be changed. Recently, I’ve been comparing RWA, U.S. Treasury yields, and on-chain yield products, but I care more about whether these three fundamental issues are clear. Otherwise, even with good returns, it’s like a muddled account. What I don’t regret is… always understanding the flow of funds and the clearing path before taking action. If it takes more time, so be it. I sleep soundly.
