The market quietly hit new lows again over the weekend, with Bitcoin dropping to a low of 78,000.4, and Ethereum directly reaching 2,180.12. The midday strategy suggested that the short target at 78,500 had already been easily reached. Zhi Lan's firm position is short on Bitcoin at 79,117, with take-profit at 78,443, capturing a modest 674 points.

Currently, Bitcoin is trading near the hourly lower band at 78,430, and the lower band is still opening downward. Each rebound fails to touch the middle band, indicating a typical weak downward trend. MACD shows a bearish crossover below zero, and bullish momentum has completely disappeared. Support below is first seen at the 78,000 level; if the price closes below this, the next target is 77,500-77,300.
Ethereum is currently at 2,191, having broken below the Bollinger lower band (2200), indicating a deviation state. Usually, after a deviation, there is a slight rebound, but if the rebound cannot regain above 2200, it remains a continuation of the downtrend. Support at 2,180 is holding temporarily, but if tested again, it’s likely to break, with the next targets at 2,150-2,130.

In terms of trading, continue to mainly short on rebounds; do not buy the dip just because prices are low, as the trend is downward and there are no bottom signals.
BTC: Short on rebounds around 78,600-78,800 with light positions, stop-loss at 79,200, target 78,000-77,500 nearby.
ETH: Short around 2,200-2,210, stop-loss at 2,240, target near 2,180-2,150.
