Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau takes administrative regulatory measures of supervisory talks with Guodu Securities

On May 15th, according to the official website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau recently took administrative regulatory measures involving regulatory talks with Guodu Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guodu Securities”).
Upon investigation, it was found that in certain projects of the company’s bond underwriting, Guodu Securities failed to prudently verify changes in the main clients of the issuer and the authenticity of related sales revenue, as well as the authenticity of related engineering projects involving accounts receivable and inventories, violating Article 7 of the “Measures for the Administration of Corporate Bond Issuance and Trading.”
According to Article 58 of the “Measures for the Administration of Corporate Bond Issuance and Trading,” the Beijing Securities Regulatory Bureau decided to impose administrative regulatory measures involving regulatory talks with Guodu Securities.
