I found that I can't hold onto spot positions, and I keep trying to turn the tide with contracts, but in the end, I either sell too early or get liquidated... To be honest, it's not that the market is too unpredictable, it's that my position is too full and my mindset is too impatient. Here's a piece of advice for myself: assume I will make a wrong call, so don't turn "a wrong call" into "losing the account."

Right now, I'm doing two things: only use a small portion of funds for each entry, and treat the rest as air; set an acceptable stop-loss, and when triggered, accept it—don't add positions out of frustration.
Recently, AI agents and automated trading have become popular again, and it looks tempting, but before letting a robot place orders for you, make sure to understand the authorization/signature/permissions clearly, or the time saved might be exchanged for a wave of account drain...
Anyway, I need to get myself under control before talking about automation.
